Dr. Erhardt genuinely enjoys seeing and helping patients, as anybody who’s heard him walk into an exam room with a gregarious “Hello! How are you!” will attest. “I continue to be amazed and rewarded by the fact that during the span of an office visit, I can connect with another human being, and then help to make his or her health and hearing better.”

Teamwork

The best medical outcomes occur when doctors, staff, and patients are working together, and Dr. Erhardt considers the patient to be an integral part of the treatment team. “Knowing that each patient represents a unique blend of personal history, family background and medical issues, I strive to formulate and explain a specific treatment plan for each individual.”

The Joys of Family

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Erhardt takes great joy from his family, including three successful children: a teacher, a medical student, and a nurse. “My children continue to amaze me with their talents and accomplishments.”  Dr. Erhardt also enjoys reading, and the out-of-doors through hiking, fishing, and hunting.

Family Time

Dr. Ashbach enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring the San Juan Islands, skiing, fishing, and cooking. "Having a new baby always adds fun and excitement to everything we do as a family!"
